The mission of Vanoss Public Schools is to inspire young minds to think, to learn, to grow, and to become the best they can be as they develop the skills necessary for independent life-long learning.
 
 
WHERE EXCELLENCE BEGINS
 
Vanoss School is located in the Northwest quadrant of Pontotoc County in Southeastern Oklahoma, USA.  It is situated fifteen miles west of Ada, the county seat.
 
Vanoss is a rural school district with an enrollment of about 590 pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade students.  The district covers 134 square miles.
The district employs 1 superintendent, 2 principals, 43 certified staff, and 31 support personnel.  Sixty-five percent of the certified staff hold advanced degrees.
